Also beware of One Click Billing fraud on smartphones.  This is similar to the fake antivirus scams on PC’s.
Windows updates were released Tuesday Jan. 10th.  There is one critical, and several important updates.  The critical update is needed on workstations and servers. 
If you have Office 2010, install SP1, and install the Word 2010 hotfix (KB 2597052), which is not included in Windows Updates. This fixes a problem with emailing in Outlook, where email addresses are formatted incorrectly in specific situations.
Firefox updates keep coming. Current version is 9.0.1. Update when prompted.

There are now 2 different Java updates being offered up: Version 6, and Version 7. You only need version 7; current version is 7-2.

DropBox current version
 is 1.2.5, updated January 12th.  An important security update was released in early November. Be sure to update to the current version.

Trend Worry Free Antivirus has been updated to version 7 SP1 patch B2360.  We will be updating your server if you are using Trend, as part of regular maintenance.
